The bar had fabulous food. Breakfast each morning included many choices and it was lovely. Staff were friendly, I really appreciated that

the room was spacious. i liked the big tv in the room and the big bathroom (it had both a shower and a bathtub).
This was a big disappointment because they did start early on two out of my three nights.

weak air conditioning
I encountered a few issues that dampened my experience. There were only two working when i arrived. i waited for ages especially during peak times. this was really frustrating. also, the air conditioning barely worked it was either too weak when trying to warm up or cool down the room.

The location was excellent, very close to victoria station. There were also many restaurants nearby. the staff were friendly and helpful to me.
I had to wait a long time, especially at breakfast. also, housekeeping missed cleaning my room one day even after i requested it.
